How to reach the Voltgeber editorial team: error reports, new state laws or utility rules, and press inquiries.

Updated

You can reach the editorial team by email at kontakt@voltgeber.com. We usually reply within a few business days.

What helps us

  • Errors and outdated information. Give the address of the guide and, if you can, the source that shows the current state. A link to the law, the tariff or the program page is worth more than a description of it.
  • New state laws or utility rules. A link to the legislature’s page for the bill, or to the interconnection section of a utility’s tariff, is enough; we verify it and update the guide and the state table.
  • Changed rules in Germany. Grid operators and metering operators differ in forms and deadlines. Reports from practice, especially from English speakers who have been through the registration, are welcome.
  • Press inquiries. Please include the outlet, the topic and the deadline.

What we do not offer

We do not advise on individual products, we do not refer installers, and we do not give legal or tax advice for individual cases. For a binding answer about your connection, your utility is the right contact; for a rebate, the agency that runs the program; for your tax situation, a tax professional.
